I have been playing plant vs zombie2 for many days, my friend unlimited James showed me that too for free and he was shown all this in a youtube channel, so when you can get it like this,So why is money being taken from us, if I am speaking wrong, then you must check it once and then tell me that I have given wrong information.

The crEAtors of pvz2 need to make money off the game, they chose to give the game away free, but use ads and in game sales to generate revenue.
There are people using hacked versions with various mods which is illegal unless they have the permission of EA/ popcap (which is highly unlikely).
EA/popcap pays devs and support staff to create new content, fix issues and run backup servers and it's unlikely that these hackers provide a similar service.
What i find really interesting though is your screenshot, the latest official plant released is Bun Chi, all the plants shown after that are unknown to pvz2, i noticed that cattail is there, my favourite from pvz1.
Bear in mind that if you decide to use modded/hacked versions of the game then you won't get any support from EA/popcap and are unlikely to get any from whoever you got it from.
