Watching daily ads to get seed packets, gauntlets, coins, and gems haven’t been working for almost a month now. They briefly worked for 2 days this week so I thought everything was back to normal but it’s been 3 days again that they won’t reset so I can’t watch any anymore. Sigh when will this get fixed?
Maybe you got lucky, because the free gauntlets and gems have not worked for a month for me. This is what happens when you outsource to unskilled developers.

The moderators keep collapsing any new posts on the issue into one post. They are trying minimize the issue, just like EA support.

Guys, to be useful in solving this, everyone of you might want to post your platform/device(s) used - iPhone, iPad or Android.
As well as exact model, OS version used on your device(s).
For me, this is Android OS 14.0, on a Lenovo Tab P11 Gen2 tablet.
The problem with the free gauntlets and gems is across all platforms so its not going to be helpful to EA. The latest update created the mess. In some cases where people have an older iPad 6 the game will crash, EA has no desire to release a fix quickly, since it has been a month, They should have done rollback to previous release. There are dozens of posts that get buried into one post because that the moderators just move them to one post. The same thing will happen with this post. What would be really helpful is some kind of communication from EA about the issue and when the expected fix is coming.
I agree. Would be nice to hear from EA that they're working on it and an approximate time line it will be fixed. Makes you wonder if they really care if it gets fixed.
