If there is nothing showing after the initial screen, it suggests a possibility of data corruption which is not good news.
I have experienced issues with the latest update and luckily I manage to recover by logging out of the Game Centre and then logging back in.
Perhaps you can give it a try?

7 years agoI did not register in the game center. That will be a bad news if my years of savings for gems, levels, and coins and battles will go away.
AE Admin, kindly assist on what is the best course of action while minimizing the risk? Thanks -Hunter

@AjinHunter This is certainly not a good news. I suggest you to contact EA help directly.

Contact EA help directly and they can restore your profile from their backups.
They restored mine and i got everything back except i had to restart in soil league instead of gold.
