Plants v Zombies 2

Suddenly my gems went from around 850 to 29, daily coins, gems and gauntlets not working says I have used all attempts. This has been going on for a few days now.

Also, when I try to contact you on Help, the console request will not take anything that I type in, so no way to contact you ! How about setting up a chat room ?
