If you have reistered your email address with the PVZ2 App (and receiced a small amount of gems as a reward) in past, you can try re-installing the game from fresh and perform the email register again using the same address to recover your original progress.
If you have not registered in past or the above method failed, your only option is to contact EA Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page for further assistance, please note there will likely be a long queue and sometimes it takes a few attempts to reach a knowledgeable advisor to help recovering your account.

Slight issue. My data is none of the two. I have screenshot of my previous data, and these two are not it. None of these 2 start with a (0).
You will need to contact the Help Center with your original player ID and seek for assistance as the advisor is the only person who can help to recover your account, please note that there will be a long queue (given it is the holiday season) and some luck is required to reach a knowledgeable one who can restore your email link to your original account.
I have tried 2 times with 3 employees. I guess ill try aging. Once they allow me to. But its near the holidays. Ill check back either the 26 or the 27th.
It seems like the contact button is no were to be found. How long does it take for the contact button to reappear?

I don't see EA help, but I did find (how to contact EA help) But from what I see, it just shows me an article with the contact button. But my end says article. Is 2 to many? And yes I'm doing this on a tablet.
- @50blw63hwxf7 Never mind, I found EA help, just still, there is no button to contact them. So I think I'm going to have to wait a week or 2.
