Plants vs. Zombies™ 2 Mobile App: Missing Gems!

Dear Sir/Madam,

When I launched the game today, all my gems are all missing. Previously, I bought Torchwood with gems & I have accumulated more than 300 plus gems and it shows 0 as shown in the link below.

I was shocked to see that. Hope you can retify that and get back to me as soon as possible.
