Again today! 10 More jewels poof! Maybe the developers should create a task group to specifically go in and rectify issues that they themselves have created that negatively affect your customers game experience. Let the core group keep up their update, module and patchwork coding while the task group fixes what’s broken!

    Help us believe you really mean this by fixing the problem. We feel gypped, and it is like you are saying this reward is available and then you cheat us of the reward.

    @EA_Cath Surely your tech people are able to fix a bug. I have to sit through 30 second ads all the time so your people need to get their rear in gear and fix this problem. It has been gong on for weeks and in SOOOO frustrating.
