I can't login into my EA account

Question

When I press "register e-mail", I get sent to a website with the EA account. Everything works just fine until I press the account. I keep getting sent into the same screen over and over again until suddenly I get stuck on a grey screen, and it doesn't matter how long I wait, the screen does not go away and the log-in fails.

Hey leonelafirma​,
Have you tried to reset the password of the EA account you're trying to register? You can find the steps to that in this guide.
It might also help to check if the same grey screen persists if you use a different connection; sometimes that's involved.&nbsp;
