This problem continues now and forever! It’s become total frustration that EA doesn’t care to fix this! Hundreds of jewel rewards that I’m unable to claim and my cases keep getting marked as fixed or closed when it’s anything but fixed! Who’s in the driver seat up there?
Well once again, it does the same thing to me! Plants vs. Zombies 2 - ‘Daily Activities’, full jewel rewards tally not granted, only able to claim 45% of what I earned! How many months is it going to take to rectify this issue? Does EA ever read these issues posts? Does EA care? Such disappointment! Wow, just Wow….

Well another day of not getting my ‘Daily Activities’ jewel reward tally! 3000+ jewels and counting! Come on EA, are you no better than this?
Also having this issue: I complete the daily tasks, it's marked that I've completed the 8 daily tasks, but it won't allow collection of the bonus gems.
Will we be getting these missing/denied gems added to our monthly totals?
Again, again and again! Will EA address this issue? They won’t even answer any of the postings of their customers, loyal customers, that continue to experience this problem that just goes on day after day and is now well into the second month. So discouraging! Their ‘Let them eat cake!’ attitude in approach in my opinion, proves that EA is only in it for the buck! 🙁
Day after day! Are you there EA? Does anyone from EA even care anymore? Couldn’t collect all my jewels again today! How would I collect the 3500 jewel deficit my profile suffers from? Once again today can’t collect my 10 jewels from having completed my ‘Daily Activities’!
