Plants Vs zombies 2 coins and gems

Just happened to me I had a bug in my plants Vs zombies ea account all my gems, gauntlet and mints turn into zero and my gold coins turn into 2,000 because I play this game for 2 years except my plants collection and levels.

Not got mine back yet , I couldn’t even post on here earlier as that wasn’t even working.
