With each update the game becomes less and less playable with crashing scenarios in every occasion: clicking on event icon, trying to redeem rewards, etc...
Then it became just unplayable form start when clicking play where it just crashes. One trick I found out is to close the internet on the ipad from the IOS settings then launch the game offline and click play which does not crash cus it does not bring any extra pop up windows like daily log ins and others then enable internet back to play arena or others.
Now after this last update 10.0.2, even disabling internet and launching the game offline then enabling internet back trick does not work anymore and the game crashes during start up all the times and there is not a single way to start the game now. I am always in the jade league and does dailies and get the plants all the time. Now If I miss this, I won't be able to compensate anything and this will be the game gone forever for me.
I want to know if anyone else having problems with pvz2? Since the update just recently, the daily tasks are not working properly. I have six profiles and they are not updating each day, and one profile has the claim button highlighted but cannot get it to give the reward. So I have no daily tasks except I can get the diamonds and coins but as the daily tasks are not updating I do not get to claim the extras. Also, the ads are driving me crazy. They go for 30 seconds then all the screen goes all pixelated and I have to close the game and log in again. I love this game but since the update I am having so many problems I feel I should quit.....

Thanks so much. I couldn't find any other info about this. It is frustrating. I hope they give some freebies for this....

I doubt it.
No compensation was made for not get the tomb tangled quest.
The problem is that the new daily tasks do not set at the correct time which is why we don’t get any daily rewards.

Hopefully they will provide a fix soon.
Youve done as much as you can to be able to play.

- Are you on the latest update?
- What type of Network do you use?
- What are you doing when the game crashes?
- What was the last successful activity before you started seeing crashing?
- What is your PlayerID?

The problem lies with the latest update.
since the update the daily tasks do not reset at the correct time causing them to either disappear or look as if you have already completed them resulting in no rewards for any daily task.
We are waiting for another fix as the last one only sorted out the piñata tracker which was counting up instead of down
The game keeps crashing on me in the subway. Oddly, it crashes most when I'm coming into a station and my phone regains connection. It just entirely exits out, Ave I have to reload it from scratch.

Same here. Bought new phone (Samsung), android 12, crashes after about 30 seconds. Works fine on previous Android 10 (probably because it was not updated for months)
