Hi Everyone,

- Troubleshooting games on iPad and iphone
If you continue running into crashing would it be possible to get the following information?
- Device Manufacturer/Model
- Are you on the latest update?
- What type of Network do you use?
- What are you doing when the game crashes?
- What was the last successful activity before you started seeing crashing?
- What is your PlayerID?
The game keeps crashing on me in the subway. Oddly, it crashes most when I'm coming into a station and my phone regains connection. It just entirely exits out, Ave I have to reload it from scratch.
- Device Manufacturer/Model - Samsung Galaxy A53 5G
- Are you on the latest update? Yes, build a:10.0.2
- What type of Network do you use? Cellular, T-Mobile
- What are you doing when the game crashes? Playing a level

Just want to add that I've now had the game crash just on level screens, or while claiming a reward in the quest log. It also affects all areas, Arena, Penny's Pursuit, Quest Log Events, Adventure, etc. Also, it crashes most regularly I think when there's a "spotty" connection that goes in-and-out. If I have a solid connection, like at home, no crashes. If I'm entirely without internet, there's no crashes, although I'm limit in what to play/claim. However, if I'm in a place where the internet connection isn't solid, the game can often crash. I think this is why it often crashes when the subway is coming into a subway station, as my phone starts to recognize a mobile connection, but it's a spotty connection at first. I've also experienced it at work on wifi when I'm on break, in an area where the wifi isn't that good.
It's like the netcode checks to see if there's a connection at all, and if there isn't it doesn't run (which locks me out of starting/ending an arena game, playing Penny's Pursuit, claiming some quest log rewards, etc.), but if it sees a connection, it runs. However, if the connection is spotty, the netcode starts, but a packet is lost or something, and it can't gracefully recover from not receiving the data it needs, and crashes the whole game.
This has gotten worse over the past few months. Previously, only Penny's Pursuit was this fragile. I could still play Adventure or Quest Log Events levels on the subway no problem. I could also play Arena rounds by starting a round in a station, play the round in the tunnel between station, and then when the round ended, if I was between stations, the game would give a connection error and ask me to retry, which I would wait to do until I was at the next station. Now, the game just randomly crashes in every game mode. I sometimes get lucky and can play a level, and other times it will repeatedly crash. So it seems like this fragile netcode has maybe propagated to other game modes after starting in Penny's Pursuit.
This has really limited how often I play the game. Last night I was on the 7 train, and while above ground in Queens I played a half dozen rounds/levels, no problem. However, my regular work commute is all underground, and it's become unplayable on the train. I can maybe fit in a round at the station before I board, but once on the train I don't touch the game anymore. It's making me seriously consider finding another game to play on the train that isn't so fragile to network connectivity.
