Plants vs Zombies 2 download failed error making me unable to play

Question

Recently I updated the PvZ 2 app on my iPhone, and whenever I open it I get the error that I have left an attachment for. When I press "Ok," it simply takes me back to the main menu screen. This happens on every profile on the game. Because of this, I am unable to play the game. My Player ID is 0B715C08-C19F-410C-A14F-25B79A2FA050, and my email address is cavestoryking[at]pm.me. And yes, I already tried resetting my network settings, which did not fix the issue.

I think similar issue has been reported before with earlier updates, might be worth it for you to do a quick search on the forum and see if a solution is present.

I have encountered update issues last week on the IOS platform and manage to fix it by logging out of Game Center and logging back on, could you give a list of what you have tried so people here reading your post might have other ideas to offer?

I hope you have not dropped a league in Battlez because of this update issue.
