Plants Vs Zombies 2 register error

When I put my email in it keeps saying registration error.

    Hello Everyone!

    I wanted to check if everybody is still running into this issue? If so can you try going through our troubleshooting guides as well as trying a different network (cell versus wifi or vice versa) and let me know if this continues for you?

    Just a quick check to see if there is hardware compatibility problem.

    May I ask what model number of your device and what version of iOS is running please?

    My device is Ipad Air(5th generation) and version of IOS is 16.6
    however the graphics and display were very good before my account was deleted.
