Hello. I updated my game on my iPad yesterday and then purchased the guard shroom incrementing gem package several times (see picture). I then saw that my plant level had reverted to level 1. It was level 3 before I had updated the game and purchased the seeds. See picture 2 which shows my progress in battles. If someone could help me put the level back to level 3 with some random amount of seeds? I’d appreciate it. I have no idea how many seed I had above level 3, so with the seeds I purchased, I have zero clue how many seeds I should have. At least level 3+ some seeds would be great. Thanks!
I studied your images.
Image 1 This image shows you have purchased the 10 Guard Shroom seeds packets 3x, (10+13+16) so the cost in gem for the next purchase is at 19 gems.
Image 2 shows you have earned (20+40+50+60) 170 seeds so far from this season's tournaments.
So the number of total seeds you have earned for Guard Shroom (based on the 2 images) is 200 seeds.
To unlock the new plant, you need 250 seeds.
There has been a quest which rewards 50 seeds for completion and I assume you have done so to be able to earn the total of 250 seeds to unlock Guard Shroom.
Once the new plant is unlock at level 1, the next level up requires 50 seeds.
There has also been some small amounts of 5 or 10 seeds given out free from the daily reward and I can see from image 1 that your new plant (Guard Shroom) has been leveled up to level 2 as it shows the next upgrade requires 100 gems (you are currently at 5/100).
What this means the evident shows you have acquired 305 seeds for Guard Shroom which is about correct as there is nothing on display accounts for the next 95 seeds to take your plant to level 3.
TLDR. The evident shows your plant at level 2 and this would be correct.
If your plant is now at level 1, then I suggest you contact the help center by clicking the link at the bottom of this page and make your claim for your plant level to be corrected to level 2.
