Please force close the app and restart it several times as it sometimes helps. Please also double-check that you are not logged into an alternative account.

To to so, simply fill out this form and select Technical support / Game progress issues.

Please include in your message the Player ID that you will find in the main menu: Go to settings then tap on "Build Version" and you will see your player ID.

The game doesnt pass the opening screen.

The game freezes in the opening screen (see the pic).
In 5 days i could play like 20min at once then the game stop it again. And i lost all my cards and ranks...

Go to your Facebook account and look under Settings > Apps  and click on the PvZ Heroes icon. At the bottom you'll find your User ID.

I dont use facebook to login into the game (actually I dont even have a facebook account).

I started over the game play with another IGN, I just want to access the game and play normally.

I was not able to do that at my iPhone since last update, as I said before the game freezes in the opening screen.

Is EA working on that problem, I read on the reviews other people are having similar problems.

In the last week playing PvZ heroes has been a matter of luck for me.

I need a lot of luck for the game does not "crash" in the first screen.

Someone advise me to close and re-open the app until it works.

Sometimes works at once, other times I try 20 rounds of close and open then give up.

My friend has an android device (he downloaded the app 3 days ago) and never got any problems...  

What should I do?

There are a few additional troubleshooting steps to could try: troubleshooting steps for iOS apps. 

Additionally, if you are using a performance/storage app try to disable it temporarily as it sometimes mess with games.
