Plants vs zombies won't launch asking for product key

Bought the game in Origin now EA but now when I launch, it won't let me. Please can someone help me on what to do. It is always asking for product key and when I try to enter the product, it says we encountered some error.

    Mine is doing the same thing - the game will not launch and asks for a product key. Did you ever find a solution to it?
