Pop up that cannot be closed

i have been experiencing this blocking issue for many months now.  When opening the two weekly feature - like Valentines now or Feastivus over Christmas, the application opens a popup window.

This window cannot be closed.

Therefore I have to close the game in order to resolve this issue.

Also it prevents the playing of the feature game - as this popup automatically opens when trying to play the feature.

I have latest game version, latest IOS version and using an IPad Pro M4.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Why haven’t the Development team addressed this issue by now?  It’s a blocking issue and it is still unfixed for many months.

I am an in app purchasing customer - really unhappy with the support and quality of the game.
