Plants vs Zomlies 2: network data issues in Arena

Hi EA guys and PVZ2 users!

Could you please help me to solve the following problem:

- I've got 2 PCs connected to the same router

- PC #1 (laptop) is connected to the router via wireless network (WI-FI). PvZ2 is installed there using BlueStacks, everything works perfectly including Arena matches

- PC#2 (desktop) is connected to the same router using cable connection. PvZ2 is installed there using BlueStacks as well; I'm using there the same EA user as for PC #1, they are synchronized and I see on the PC2 actual stats (mints, gems, coins etc.). The only problem is "network data issuse problem" while accessing Arena:

Could you please advise if this somehow can be solved on user side?

If not, could you please investigate and solve this in future releases?

Sometimes my PC#1 is not accessible so I'd like to have possibility to play Arena matches from PC#2 as well.

I'm ready to provide more details and perform tests/checks if EA guys will request this.

  • @9rvngamuhr4g Hmmm....i am not sure myself. I have pvz2 on bluestacks on my laptop and the other on my phone. And i have never seen that message. So does it mean you can only play arena on your laptop but not desktop then? Mines sync perfectly and i can play on both. What happens when you only open the game on the desktop? Does it still show the same message?

    @9rvngamuhr4g I once saw that message while I was playing PvZ 2 on vacation, but at that point it was due to an actual connection problem.

    I think it's probably device specific as I am currently using two devices for playing PvZ 2, but one of them refuses to connect to Battlez, while the other one works fine. If possible, try to reset PC#2 and it might work. Or else try using a different device instead.

  • @1H3J0KER I have the same problem, same screen. On Penny’ Pursuit as well. No daily’s, no pinata. Is this the end of Zombies or problem with my iPad?.

    @ur0ptcbwemje I very much doubt that this problem is your I pad.
    The game has not worked properly sine the last update.Please don’t mess around deleting and reinstalling the game as you could cause more problems.

    @ur0ptcbwemje An update is needed to fix everything.The last one was the worst I have come across and I have been playing for along time.
  • i had this the same issue as well as you do. this is actually my first freaking time. IT happened since 3pm and it worked for short time until the issue occur again and lost 2 gauntlets.

    I am having the same issue andI have the fastest internet you cam get…it works on iphone 14, but not on ipad….

    it appears many of us are having this problem…it seems it is being worked on, was able to play a game in the Arena, won, and then received the network data problem screen…and did not get credits for the win…game has been buggy since the last update…have patience, I guess…
