Firstly you should have screenshotted or written down your player id number which is found on the loading screen, little spanner🔧 (settings) then build version.
Every time you reinstall it tries to create a new player id and you have to tell it to find your old player id that has your lost profiles.
You don't write to EA HELP CENTER, you tap on "HELP CENTER" at the bottom of this page and email them and they promise a response within up to 2 days, which is why it's a lot better syncing with your Google play account as it only takes a few minutes.
I have made screenshot just now, but with my lost player profiles... Will ea center find and restore my account with my old profiles?

You need the player id that is associated with your lost profiles, just giving EA HELP CENTER a newly generated player id won't help.
Did you install pvz2 through your Google play account?
If you did then it automatically creates a backup which has your original player id and profiles.
- 7 years agoI did all that but it didn't gave me my profiles back. This is, again, probably because I accidently clicked the "force sync player data" button in the cloud button out of panic in a hope it could restore my account. This is so depressing... ☹️

I also have a google play account and have tried the force sync button on the left hand side, it didn't do anything to my game and i think it is just for players with both Android and Apple devices who want to play on both.
I know it's depressing but i suggest you contact EA HELP CENTER and explain the situation and tell them you've already tried the forums.
Hopefully someone in EA help will go to the trouble of finding your player id so that your profiles can be restored.
All of this could have been avoided if you had made a note of your player id number or created a pvz2 google play account.
