Please help son has spent £758

I have been trying to get through to someone anyone but no luck. My son who is 7 and autistic has managed to bypass my password and spend nearly 800 pound on my account. Anyone else had this proble...

Good luck talking with EA sports as it's registered to a Swiss address, your best bet is through your credit card company.

  @EA_Barry thank you for contacting me, I have tried that link many times it takes me to add a new case, I have opened 3 cases now and no response?

  @EA_Barry I have had to go to my bank who advised me to contact the police and open a fraud investigation against my autistic 7 year old son. Im completely horrified about this whole situation.
