Neither myself or PowerToss know why EA HELP CENTER service sux, they've been telling us for years that they need the ORIGINAL player id number to restore a lost account so why they have started telling some players who have this important number they can't do so or provide a reasonable explanation for is something you should keep on asking them.
@MAGICDAVESHROOM I don't think I can use my iPhone backup on my iPad, I'd feel safer doing it to that..
