Frustration, do something

Hello I have 2 issues. 

First I paid for 2 new plants yesterday , chomper and snow pea , I have the receipts. But only received chomper today . Where is the other one ?

Secondly. My arena keep bugging mid game , this is very frustrating , I have lost so many gauntlets like this , I was doing some greats scores and now if it keep going like this I will go down a league .
