Progress lost

i lost my progress , when i reopened the game it went back to the tutorial and when i logged in to my email my account was not there hoping somone could help im f2p but it took me a long time to arrive there im at the beach levels and it took me like 2-3 years to come here i still have my achievements but my account was gone
