PVSZ 2: unable to access Arena

Hi,  

I am unable to access the Arena feature in Plants Vs. Zombies 2.  I get "Network Data Issue"  Unable to connect".  I've had this issue before and solved it with a game update, but there are no updates.  I am using Blue Stacks 5.13
