After the update, does somebody experience crashes while opening the app? It's been a day and I don't know why it is happening, I cant open the app since it is keep on crashing, I try to off my internet and even using airplane mode but it is still crashes, anybody knows what to do next? I already try clearing the game cache but nothing happen also.
Community ManagerI play on andoid, The issue was solved when I open the app one day after it crashes but when I open it, I encountered a bug that doubles my resources until it hits negative here is some of the screenshots, also all the offers of my store are gone making it unplayable and ungrindable, I will attach some screenshots of it, It is already my third account that encounter this problem
My Plants Vs Zombies game was opening and then crashing for several weeks on the first try to turn on the game, but it would open on the second or third try. Then the last week for the arena revisit of old plants, it didn't open on the second or their attempt, it kept crashing on me; each time showing an older opening graphic for the arena plant of the week until it reset to the very beginning. I lost everything. I chat with someone at EA on the day it happened, and they said they knew and it had happened for others; and they were working to fix it. But I checked back after several days yesterday, and I'm still reset. Now I'm trying to figure out how to log a ticket for help to gain the game back that I had worked 4 years to grow. La Sigh.
My problems with this are on Android. The game finally crashed resetting me back to the opening of the game. I lost all my plants and progress. I supposedly have to beat everything again and win plants. I'm looking for the new way to log a ticket for help to regain my account and it's plants.
