@yayyyay736 Did you have an account and it just disappeared and the game started from the beginning for no reason?
Some more details would be good.
Oh my brother deleted my game for a car game. I tried installing it back. I didn’t have the cloud storage because I am under 16, so I did a screenshot of my player ID just in case my game file got deleted. I messaged EA using the support, and it says waiting for user or something when i look at my cases.
@yayyyay736 As long as you have the original player id number associated with your lost account EA should be able to restore it from their backup servers.
Tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make a missing content report and tell them what happened.
It might take up to 2 days for them to sort this out.
If it's doing like a buffering thing then you'll have to keep on trying until it goes through.
I tried contacting them a couple of days ago and it took about 6 attempts over 18 hours to finally get through.

They do say that they restored my stuff, and that there is a duplicate case.
