Pvz 2 game randomly resets; account data lost forever

Dear Ea,

I was logging into pvz 2 today when my account randomly reset. I thought that i had to update my game but when i did, my account still wasnt there. I went through the game tutorial until after level 2 in egypt when you can freely explore the world map. I have closed and reopened my game countless times. I do not know if this issue has happened to others, but i had a lot of progress that for some reason, i cannot recover even using my google play account. This is very annoying and i hope that my account can be recovered. If you have this issuse where your account is unrecoverable due to a random reset, please click "me too"

You need to contact EA to get your account by pressing the wrench, then press help.
It will take you to a webpage where you can file a report, do this under missing content.
you will need your player I D which you will find in download preferences.
Include a screenshot to show what is missing and your player ID

I got the same issue as well which it happened today. When I first opened my game, it started off with the tutorial. I updated my game a few days ago when the 11.1.1 version was out & things were all good. Until this happened as well.
I need some help too as well. And it's also annoying too. I tried logging in & it keeps happening.
