I've reinstalled pvz2 and login my old account to my phone because I've heard conceal-mint and ghost pepper is available again in store. But, I can't find them both in store, any solution about thi...
That's because you reinstalled the game. When you reinstall the game / clear data you count as a "new player". New players see different offers in the store.
Conceal-mint will be in the store as soon as you are not a "new player" anymore which is two days after (re)installing.
