@RaymondHandy Me too , I have the same problem, I can't play penny and arena, it's been 3 days same problem
I thought cant play penny or arena but you can i cant get update either if you go to daily quest the log type icon same screen were asking for update top left you can play arena and penny there each day ok hope this helps why we wait for update.
