Pvz gw2 xbox one mystery portal not working

I don't have access to the mystery portal. It says either myself or other player doesn't have the correct permissions to access online features. I changed all the settings on both accounts to allow access and ages over 19yo. If I can't access the mystery portal I can't collect the rainbow star to open the chests, get gnomes, open the portals in the trails of gnomes portal. I can't do anything else to move forward.  Please help me fix this issue
