If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme BEFORE you lost your account data, if you tap on the cloud on the bottom left of the loading screen, tap the register email button then enter the email address that you used to set this up, EA will send you a unique code to that email address and if you input this, your account should be restored. 

I did that and it worked but my progress didn’t came back. Thanks for helping me anyway.

pvz2 players dislike the art of upcoming old plant Doom Shroom.People think he looks too Short and ugly and so does Scaredy shroom.Please artist Redraw the two plants and their current image doesnt fit pvz2.Players prefer the "Cute" scaredyshroom's image as the oic shows.And please pvz2 team artist never draws pvz1 plants Ugly because players cannot accept it.Hope the rest of old plants Gloom Shroom,Umbrella Leaf,Gold Magnet,Cattail and so on will have a good cute image when returning to PVZ2 sometime and please artist dont let their appearance look too different from pvz1's image because most players dislike it.If possible,hope ice shroom can be remade like pvz1.Finally,when bringing back old plants,please pvz2 designer retain and dont change their original ability in pvz1 for example actually many dislike ice shroom's ability changed unlike pvz1 as an instant plant although ice bloom's ability is similar to him and hope doom shroom will still keep his ability as an instant plant or this way it will lose the taste of classic old plants.

Please check the pic.Tell designers to readd Mairgold's almanac to pvz2 as a contain mintfamily.Please.She is a plant and even appears in zen garden so her almanac shouldnt be removed  🙏

Finally,can pvz2 add a plant level switch system? Allow Players to be able make my plants level changed into level 1.I am an old player and my most plants' level is high and many other also have the same problem so it is too easy and has no fun and challenge to defeat level 1 zombies in thymed events and adventure levels with my high level plants.But if my plant level is low,i cannot get through high level zombies with 3 pepper difficulty in Penny Pursuit.This makes this game have no balance and fun and is a serious problem. So please pvz2 team add this level switch system.
And please buff Sea Flora,Noctarine,Garlic,Gold Leaf,Vamporcini and Bonk Choy and Aloe,which are the Most useless and worst 7 plants in pvz2.For gold leaf,its recharge is extremely long.Garlic's
health is too fragile.Not plant several and the game is over.Very unreasonable arrangement.For Vamporcini,he just sucks blood once.So what is the existent meaning of this plant?And sharpen Solar Sage and Ice shroom.They are op

Can you change the point bonus of the arena (500,750,1000, etc.) to manual collection, instead of automatic payment after reaching the point, because players often quit directly after completing a game, resulting in the point bonus is eaten by the system

Hello.I would like to make a suggestion of current pvz2 plant.Can you add an extra feature for Ice-shroom to freeze all zombies after he is killed by zombies,because after he is redesigned and his feature is completely different from original pvz,players cannot accept it a bit and feel sad and disappointed that ice bloom used the ability that ice shroom should have had.

Hi, which version will can't add players profile? 😕 

Multiple profile feature was removed when Battez (now known as Arena) was introduced in early 2018. 

If you want to have the ability to create new profile on the same account, you will need run PVZ2 App released before 6.6.1 update.

Correction:  Battlez was introduced in 6.6.1 update
