From reading some threads I see some players have lost their progress after installing the the update, can you confirm if it’s safe

I did also loose all my progress, and have absolutely no clue how to get it back.

You need to contact EA by pressing the help button. You need your player ID which you will find on down preferences. Or alternatively if you registered your email address you can do it that way. Have a look on the forum magicdaveshroom has posted on numerous threads about how to get your progress restored. Good luck

Me too. Noone does QA anymore? I did online chat and ther person said the would transfer me to mobile support but the chat ended and i was given a survey. Then taken to a page that said my case would auto close unless I clicked resume case.

Got an email asking for Player ID. Took a screenshot of download settings. Replied with the image. A day after I received an email from Mohd saying they restored my progress. I checked and everything is back. Got downgraded in Arena because I was away but I’m happy.😸

I also lost all my progress INCLUDING MY PLAYER ID. The chat representative could not help me.
