Did anyone have the bug as I do? After updating to 11.8.1, I opened the game but was forced to go through the tutorial (feel like a new game). I went through it and got to the page where reminded me that daily activity is available, however the old progress never came back, nor a window asked me to sync the data from cloud backup.
The same scenario happened twice within this week as I was required to update the game to 11.8.1 on my iPad (on Mon) and iPhone (on Thur).

Same issue on my side, also happened yesterday. All my Progress is gone - that‘s bad because I startet many years ago.
- 1 year ago@aecc722a7e9900da Can’t believe. I only played for a few months and I can’t be more suffered. Asking for help via chat and emails since last Friday but no one helped me out by chat nor receiving a response in email.
