Same issue on my side, also happened yesterday. All my Progress is gone - that‘s bad because I startet many years ago.

@aecc722a7e9900da Can’t believe. I only played for a few months and I can’t be more suffered. Asking for help via chat and emails since last Friday but no one helped me out by chat nor receiving a response in email.
