Every time a major update comes, I lose progress. Unbelievable.

The button which lets you choose your account/id is not there.

@Pulverizer_FIN Oh, and help center doesn't work... can't submit a case.
In game, the account linking doesn't work.

Same here - lost progress AGAIN and no option to choose the correct account. Last time it took me three weeks to get it restored. Beyond ridiculous
