PvZ2 Android- Not receiving gems.

I am not receiving any gems. No zombie drops them. The only way I get gems is by chance in the piñata parties. I played through all the levels some even twice and I only have 64 gems. The yeti zombie ...

Not loading past title screen

Upon loading the game, I see ad to buy inferno plant but redirects to seeds
Upon loading the game, I see ads to buy inferno pinatas and another add to buy inferno plant. 2nd one had a “get plant” button and clicking it takes me to the store widget which only has seed options...
