PVZ2 constantly crashes on iPad (6th generation)

I'm experiencing this situation too! I'm on iPadOS 17.7.10 too and pvz2 just crashes on just about everything. This issue has been a problem since Thanksgiving and it's just so frustrating that there's no fix. 

So, its not compatible with PVz2. I can play all with smoothly.

I think it's an iOS only issue. I see that you are on a different platform which probably works better with the Pvz2 build released in the store that you downloaded from. Do you by any chance have an iOS device that you can test playing pvz2 with? 

Yes, it was a similar situation for me. It used to work fine sometime in early November but now it crashes frequently. Did anyone in EA support confirm to you that there is no fix?

It is likely a compatibility issue with this version of the game and our version of iOS. I hope they keep the backwards compatibility with our older device/OS. I wonder if someone has created a chart that shows app version / OS compatibility.

Pvz2 worked fine for me during early November except for thymed events where it would crash after beating a level. I remember having to relaunch Pvz2 after each level in Tombastic Adventures, which was annoying, but it was bearable. 

Starting from the Food Fight thymed event, everything in Pvz2 started crashing for no reason. I tried all the fixes known to me, and for some reason, even launching the game would sometimes crash. So far, I've not contacted EA support yet, but I'm still holding on the hope that they fix it in a patch soon. Pvz2 should be compatible with my iPad according to the App Store.
