You're not the only one, there seem to be a lot of players in the same situation as you.
Even those with the correct player id number aren't always getting their accounts restored.
EA HELP CENTER is probably an indian call center type operation that works off standard scripts and have limited authority to do anything, AHQ staff have been strangely absent recently but i will tag @EA_Barry who posted a few days ago (who probably won't be able to help you), i suspect server problems resulting in a lot of lost data but they aren't saying anything helpful.
@MAGICDAVESHROOM they claim they can't find my player id in the records, seems they are full of it, considering I registered to my valid email address and collected the 100 diamonds long ago, I even provided the proof of it..
