Pvz2 data lost help

Hello Ea people I need help as the update removed my progress and a Reddit thread said to send your player Id to help get it fixed. So here is mine. I enjoy this game and was finally close to the final world after playing it for a while and I learnt my data was lost. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience or if you know anything I can do to help get back my progress that would be nice.
