@WR3AKHAVOC1 There are two things you could try:
- Force-close the app and reopen it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330
- Turn your device off and back on
If this doesn't work let me know...then you might have to reinstall the game.
We still have this same problem on 7th Gen IPod touch running OS 13.5.1. We have already tried restarting and reinstalling
Yea I got the same issue dunno why been complaining for time but nobody replying or trying to fix it
I've done both of this multiple times even reset my iPod and started again but same issue think its an in game glitch combined with ipod software
- Even now we still have the same issue. It hasn’t been fixed, I’ve also tried everything apple has to offer for apps that crash however none have worked. That recent patch is trouble.
I've done all this reinstalled and cleared my entire ipod doesnt fix the issue once the internal update is installed then the game doesn't let me play it I can't get past the ea logo before it crashes
EA has release a compatibility update news last month and it states iPod touch 6th generation is the minimum requirement with the new OS. I read it from the other post you have an iPod 7 so this should work with the new installation and if this failed to start up then it does suggest compatibility issue as a fresh start do not have any saved data. You might need to click the EA HELP CENTER link below this page and seek further assistance.
Where did you find this article and same issue here I really wanted to play pvz2
