Pvz2 lost progress with new phone
I got a new phone a couple weeks ago and during the conversion, my entire game progress was lost. I linked my email a year ago, but now when I log in, it not only doesn't have my player name anymore, all my progress has been lost. The plants I bought as recently as last month are gone too. However, my "achievements" still shows that I've done 69/75 of them. How has a newbie player with no game progress finished that many achievements???
I have tried the help chat bot twice with NO actual answers. Both times I was assured that the mobile game team would contact me, but I all I get is a form letter email saying "do you still need our help?" which then asks me to log in again to review my case, but then it goes no where. Am I the only one finding the "help" to be cyclical and not actually providing any real answers?? Is there any actual tech support other than the chat bot?
- @Mamaleguas If the EA advisor you connected to can't help, try a new one, until you find one that knows how to restore lost game data using your Player ID.
