PVZ2 Lost Progress

Hello, 

I have lost my progress from PVZ2 and I cannot retrieve it back.  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall PVZ2 and registered both e-mails I know in vain.  I may have had it registered either on [edit: email address removed] or [edit: email address removed].  I also registered on [edit: email address removed] to use in multiple devices. I have attached the current PVZ2 Account I am on as the name showing is too long.  I may have had it named under Nelly.  My gmail Account Name is Nelson David. I truly hope you may be able to assist me retrieve my original progress back as I have playing PVZ2 for years and my plants level are up to Mastery Level already.

    I suggest you delete your name from your post as this is a public forum.

    Google playstore is supposed to have a backup which is supposed to have loaded your gamedata when you reinstalled it but seems like it didn't, 

    You could try going into your phone settings /apps/ pvz2/ storage and deleting the data file.

    I doubt if it will work if you uninstalled and reinstalled pvz2 correctly.

    If you registered your email before your account disappeared then you are supposed to send them the email you used to register your account and they will send a unique code to unlock it.

    Tap on the cloud at the bottom left then regisrer email then enter the email you used to set it up and they should send you a code.

    The last resort is EA HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page, tap it and give them the player id number associated with your missing account.
