PvZ2 Modern Day Dustup Epic Quest glitched and can't progress

I'm experiencing this weird thing where I play the first level of the Modern Day Dustup Epic Quest and finish the level, only to find that it doesn't progress said Epic Quest.

This has occured multiple time over a few days and several different attempts with different loadouts & setups in-game.

I need to know whether or not other people are experiencing this or I'm the only one with this problem (i.e. the app is bugged for my device).

If it is happening to other people too, then please EA resolve this issue ASAP and check for similar issues on other Epic Quests such as this.
