Pvz2 new world not opening after modern day

I have been trying to.open the next world after Pvz2 modern day. I've tried contacted EA support but no trouble shooting has worked. Is anyone else having this issue?

OK....what else is left to do in the game? I saw on YouTube more world's after that? 🤷🏽

  I completed modern day and there is lightening bolt as you can see in my original post. So to me that seems that there is a next level?
