after days of trials i've managed to open the build menu entry and save it.
could it be helpful to check if my progress is saved in my google plus profile?

I'm going to be blunt and you're going to hate me for saying this, but please remember that Bluestacks and emulators are not supported: The game is developed to work on Android and iOS.
There's no conspiracy. The studio didn't lock out Bluestack players on purpose. The studio is working to resolve issues on Android and iOS devices, but ultimately it's the responsibility of the emulator developers to ensure their app work with games developed for these platforms.
If you play on an iOS or Android device and the game is not working, please contact the support team for further assistance.

i don’t hate you at all, at least i got a reply.
that’s all i’ve managed to read after writing to the bluestacks support, to you and to the google play support: not supported.
my trouble is impossible to solve, however being ignored makes the situation even worse.
i’m glad i got to cause a reaction anyway.
