Keep a screenshot of you Player ID: https://support.ea.com/en-au/help/plants-vs-zombies/plants-vs-zombies-2/find-your-player-id-for-plants-vs-zombies-2
EA Help can restore your progress with your player ID.
I do know my Player ID, saved, screenshotted, and wrote it down. But are they able to restore my account later JUST with the ID?
In theory yes but you will need to provide some proofs to the advisor.
My suggestion is to register your email with them so you can also get the verification code and recover you game progress when re-installing.
The problem is I can't sync my progress with either Google Play nor EA because these options are disabled (because of underage)
Would it be possible (in case I lost my account)
to give them the ID and many pictures/videos of my account as a proof or something?
I personally have not tried this myself but I think they would take a screenshoot of your player ID as a proof (that is also the main reason I advise players not to post theirs on the open forum).
EDIT. forget to add that your game progress should have been saved automatically every time you are playing it online anyway, I think the force sync option is just incase you have been playing the game offline such as when travelling to a place where there is no internet/WiFi data is available or you have the connection turned off when you are on the plane.
So you guys think if I lost my account, they can restore it if I send them a screenshot of my ID even if it wasn't linked?
@Flamur1000_ea EA has backups of everyone's accounts in their servers, the biggest problem is that if a player loses their account for some reason ( sadly happens too often), the player doesn't have their player id number so EA can't or won't help them.
I personally think this is ridiculous because they could find out what it is if they tried, they just don't want to spend HELP CENTER time on looking up player id numbers.
EA does have occasional server problems and did once lose a bunch of accounts, most of which they managed to restore eventually but it took a couple of weeks.
Contacting EA HELP to restore a lost account is always a last resort, but as long as you have your correct player id number then you should be able to restore your account.

Your account is linked to EA server every time you are playing the game on-line.
So if you can proof you are the owner of your account by providing them with your player ID, then they should be able to restore it for you.
Thank you guys very much
