PvZ2 Will not Update-Stuck on Electric Peel

PLants Vs Zombie 2 (Running on iPad iOS 12.5.7, has not updated since January 2024). Currently I am stuck in the Electric Peal Tournament. It says it ended but I cannot move on. No new screens or challenges are available. I can see on the title screen that it is supposed to be Guard-Shroom season, but I cannot get to it. I can see that Penny's Pursuit has updated (It's currently on Blockolli), but nothing else has updated or changed. The last new plant to be added was the aforementioned Electric Peel and nothing else. I am trying to reach someone or file a case, but it does not seem like anyone is available and I cannot even report a bug for a new case to be generated. Does anyone have any suggestions? I need someone to actually address this info and the self help really just loops around and around.
