Hey guys.

I was really confused this time. I was trying to earn coins, gems, gauntlets and Penny's World Fuel by watching ads but then after the ad keeps coming up the watch timer never decreases, hanging OR JUST FREEZE. That leads me to forcely close the ad, and most of the ad in most of the time doesn’t work. Is there anyway to fix it? Does anyone knows any tip on how to resolve it?

I also tried to asked from EA support. And here is what I got. 04.02.2020

EA support: "The ads are completely handled by third parties and so their rewards associated with watching them are controlled by third parties. So I would suggest you to ignore if you didn't get the rewards from them because to get them you will be needing to contact the advertiser which would be a pain nothing else."

And now, I seldomly see those Watch ad button. Maybe a bit of luck if I was able to complete getting 9gems, 4gauntlets, fuel and coins within 24hrs on and off the game.

Lastly, I was thinking if it's because of the Pandemic Lockdown (most countries at this time) that advertisements decided to shut down as well - Business as usual. Anyway, I hope everybody is safe and sound from Game Devs to all the players and people of the world.
