As you didn't specify what plants the opponent was using I can't really comment on the "All plants" part.
As you already know, I now have many plants at max, but not ALL of them.
Having said that, my load-out for this week would ALMOST qualify for such an assessment. It contains - Caulipower @ level 10 - Gold Bloom @ level 10 - Moonflower @ level 10 - Cold Snapdragon @ level 10 - Dusk Lobber @ level 9.
However, I CAN see how whoever it was had their Shadow Peashooter at level 10.
Before the Modern Day Pinatas in Battlez stopped giving seeds for the Shadow Peashooter last night I had been able to get mine to level eight and just under halfway towards reaching level nine.
If someone had the same high multiplier as me, (Times 10), and they played more matches than me before the Shadow Peashooter rewards broke, I CAN see how they got enough seeds to max out the plant.
Something that backs up that opinion was in a post I saw on Reddit today from Alien Gurke. It contained a screen shot showing a SINGLE award of 530 Shadow Peashooter seeds. Getting awards that big would make maxing out the plant pretty easy.

He had Cold snap, Moon, Cauli and GB and ppm I think. Actually he just did 2M5 with that, not really impressive..
Which is kinda weird, I don't think he could keep a nice streak and play a lot of games if he gets score that are not that good for a player using only lvl 10 plants...

Well, at least I can see how they are keeping their streak by having nice scores.
But my opponent who is doing 2M5...well I'm more suspicious on how he could win and keep his streak with such a low score for a full lvl 10 P2W players.
